Pleasently polite staff and eager to help. Average food, but makes it up with the interiors and ambience. If your sole purpose is Devi Kamakhya Temple pilgrimage and you are looking for medium budget hotel for a family trip this is a good choice. The major shortcoming is that a fourwheeleer doesn’t drive to its doorstep and you have to walk atleast 300 meters with luggage. Though the hotel provides assistance for pickup and drop it’s difficult to find in the twisty gullies especially at night. It is located right beside the temple. The scenery outside the windows is also breathtaking provided you have mountain facing room. ✨

Located just next to the temple, you have to walk straight up to the main gate of tge temple then take a sharp left turn, located just above the Dhumawati temple. Car doesn’t reach the entrance.

No welcome gesture or drink offered. Room – size was good but amenities were poor. Sofa dirty. Linen used. Towels small & not fresh. No shaving kit. Soap dispenser empty. Poor lighting. Tv small for room size & screen full of artefacts. No HD channels. Scanty power points. Service – atrocious. We were made fo feel as if they were obliging us. Food also limited & lacking taste.
