Quick room service and hotel… read more service 4. They have their own restaurant 5. Adjacent to Maa Kamakhya and Maa Dhoomavati Temple. Literally a minute walk. 6. Lift facility 7. Cab facility 8. Hot water 24×7 9. Power inverter (Power all the time) 10. Halls in each floor where you can sit and relax outside of your room 11. A/C available in all rooms 12. Lockers in each room where you can store valuable things 13. One key. No one can open the room including the hotel guest service who changes linens. 14. Kettle for making tea or coffee 15. Small refrigerator Cons: 1. A vehicle can’t reach the hotel as its next to temple 2. Luggage has to be carried by someone to and from the hotel to the parking. (Hotel service will take care) Note: I have personally observed and writing this note. I am sorry to say but most of the food is adulterated. But in this hotel restaurant, they prepare everything fresh with all genuine ingredients. From a business standpoint, I would say their restaurant is a failure as they are spending more than what they get. Hotel on the other side gets decent amount. But when I enquired about why they are spending more amount on the restaurant than what they are receiving, I was amazed to hear that they are treating it as a seva in the name of Maa Kamakhya to provide high quality and standard food for a very reasonable price. I was flattered and wished Maa Kamakhya return 10 fold in return for the seva. Breakfast buffet – 150/- Food thali – 270/- Noodles – 150/- Paratha – 80/- You can get other things but we tried only the above Try butter dal kichdi here.

The food is amazing and staff is polite, but my experience from the Room had a certain high energy vibes. I felt serene, grounded and at ease both mentally and physically as if it was a meditative place for mind body and soul to be one.

No welcome gesture or drink offered. Room – size was good but amenities were poor. Sofa dirty. Linen used. Towels small & not fresh. No shaving kit. Soap dispenser empty. Poor lighting. Tv small for room size & screen full of artefacts. No HD channels. Scanty power points. Service – atrocious. We were made fo feel as if they were obliging us. Food also limited & lacking taste.

I booked a super delux room which was great. It provided view of the hills as well as the entire temple. Staff was good abd cooperative… 1 point less because… read more of the late layout of breakfast after 8:30am. It was complementary for us but because of the delay we couldn’t avail it. Located just next to the temple, you have to walk straight up to the main gate of tge temple then take a sharp left turn, located just above the Dhumawati temple. Car doesn’t reach the entrance.

It’s a place which is very close to the temple so will surely recommend to visit . But there is 1000 things which can be improved .
